Arturo Colina Vuelta

PhD in Geography from the University of Oviedo. Graduate in Geography and History, specialising in Geography and with several postgraduate and specialisation studies mainly related to Geographic Information Systems, Land Planning and natural risks. He is currently Deputy Director of the Chair of Climate Change at the University of Oviedo, Associate Professor of the Department of Geography at the University of Oviedo and coordinator of the Natural Resources and Territorial Planning Unit of the Institute of Natural Resources and Territorial Planning of the University of Oviedo (INDUROT). During these years his main work has focused on the development of applied research projects for public bodies and companies related to various subjects such as management and planning of natural risks, land use planning, recovery of degraded areas and soil contamination, thematic and land use mapping, etc.
