Adriana Rodríguez Fernández
She was born in Gijón in 1979
Adriana Rodriguez gets the researching sufficient and a Diploma on Advanced Studies at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in 2005 and a Master of Curating and Cultural Practices in Art and New Media, MECAD/ Media Centre d´Art i Disseny d´ESDI, by the Universidad de Ramón Llull, Barcelona, in 2006.
Since her first solo exhibition Alfabeta in the Centro Cultural de Jovellanos, Gijón in 2005, Adriana has worked in numerous groups on contemporary drawing and painting. Awarded in the XVII Muestra de Artes Plásticas del Principado de Asturias 2006 héptasis o6 + 1, she still participates and researches about artistic language and its infinite possibilities.
