The third in the artists’ series of “tube-tracts” experimenting with potential forms of political cinema in the age of viral media, Blind Data recombines images and sounds sourced from YoTube and other platforms, subtracting them from the flux of communication as a way of “decommissioning” an increasingly weaponized infotainment complex and contributing to a more general disactivation of the ideologies and affectologies of vision, knowledge and power that underpin drone warfare.
