This website and the domain where is it presented, is the property of the Foundation "La Laboral. Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial". All the information and documentation contained on the Site, with the exclusion of the information facilitated by any third party and any other users in relevant places, is the exclusive property of the Foundation "La Laboral. Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial", including without limitation, texts, images, designs, brand names and icons.
The Foundation "La Laboral. Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial" owns the rights of use and exploitation of the Site, which is protected by national and international law and EU legislation in force regarding intellectual and industrial property. The Site’s contents cannot be copied, reproduced, used, commercialised, modified, processed, reproduced, transmitted or distributed, not even partially, without the express prior authorisation in writing by the Foundation "La Laboral. Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial". Any user who carries out any of the aforementioned unauthorised conducts will be prosecuted according to the legislation in force.
The Foundation "La Laboral. Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial" reserves the right, at any time, and without any prior notice, to suspend access to the Site or carry out changes which it considers appropriate to the Site, being able to change, add and/or delete the contents, links and services that it provides, as well as alter the way these are presented or as to where they are located.

The user, informed of article 27 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December 1999, in the Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD) expressly accepts that any data facilitated by him/her can be handed over for the purposes quoted above, and other entities, civil or commercial, with which the Foundation "La Laboral. Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial" can settle agreements with for the expressed purposes. The present acceptance of the user that his/her information can be treated and/or ceded in the ways described in this paragraph is irrevocable in character, without retroactive effect.
In the same way, the user, in compliance with articles 33 and 34 of LOPD, expressly provides his/her consent that his/her data can be transferred to third countries, even when those countries do not provide a level of protection comparable to that stipulated under the aforementioned law.
Civil Responsibility
