Studiotopia
The Studiotopia program at LABoral Centro de Arte is part of the educational and dissemination program of the exhibition When the butterflies of the soul flutter their wings. Art, neuroscience and artificial intelligence.
There will be two workshops led by artists included in the exhibition:
- Predictive Data Selfie Workshop by Clara Boj and Diego Díaz
- Neuroconexions by Daniel Canogar
The underlying idea for these workshops is the need to respond to the challenges of today’s educational system which must prepare young people for a future which is still unknown. These series of workshops are related to innovative technologies for both teachers and students with a view to promoting greater innovation in educational methodologies.
These workshops come to stress the importance of art-science collaboration.
STUDIOTOPIA is an initiative supported by eight European cultural institutions: Palais des Beaux-Arts (BOZAR) y GLUON en Bruselas, Ars Electronica en Linz, Centro Cultural de Cluj en Cluj, Centro de Arte Contemporáneo Laznia en Gdansk, Centro Cultural Onassis en Atenas, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam y LABoral Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial en Gijón.
