LABoral will host the presentation of Noveles 09, an emblematic competition, started during the 20s, celebrated every two years, promoted by the Diputación Foral de Gipúzcoa (Koldo Mitxelena Kulturunea) and Kutxa, Caja Gipúzcoa San Sebastián
It aims to show, assess and analyse the work of the new artists of the area. The call is addressed to artist under 35, born or living in Guipúzcoa.
